Our products: Mothecary products are handmade cosmetic and personal-care goods intended for external use only. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Always check with your doctor before using a new product if you have questions about your health, medications, pregnancy, or breastfeeding.

Products & pricing: We do our best to display products, colors, and prices accurately, but slight variations can occur because each batch is handmade. We reserve the right to update prices, descriptions, and availability at any time.

Orders: Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order, and to limit or cancel quantities. If we cancel an order you've paid for, we'll refund you promptly.

Intellectual property: All content on this site — including our name, logo, images, and text — belongs to Mothecary and may not be used without our permission.

Limitation of liability: Our products are offered for personal-care use as described. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mothecary is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of our products or this website. Use as directed and discontinue if irritation occurs.

Governing law: These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota.
