Shipping Policy

Everything at Mothecary is made by hand in small batches, so thank you for your patience as we prepare your order with care.

Where we ship: Currently the United States.

Processing time: Orders are typically packed and shipped within 1–3 business days.

Shipping rates & carrier: We ship via USPS, and your rate is calculated at checkout based on your order's weight and destination, so you only pay what shipping actually costs. Orders of $70 or more ship free.

Tracking: You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order is on its way.

A note on warm weather: Our salves, balms, and tints are made with natural butters and oils, so in hot summer months they may soften or melt a little in transit. Good news — the product is still perfectly good! Just pop it in the refrigerator for an hour or two and it will firm right back up. If anything ever arrives truly unusable, email us at sales@mothecary.com and we'll take care of you.

Lost, delayed, or wrong address: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is lost or badly delayed, reach out and we'll do everything we can to help.
