Refund & Return Policy

We pour a lot of care into every batch, and we want you to love what you ordered. Because our products are handmade personal-care and cosmetic items, our return guidelines are built around safety and hygiene - thank you for understanding!

Unopened items: If something isn't right, you may return unopened, unused items in their original condition within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Just email us at sales@mothecary.com and we'll walk you through it.

Opened personal-care items: For everyone's safety, we're unable to accept returns on salves, balms, oils, sprays, soaps, or tints once they've been opened or used.

If something arrives damaged, wrong, or unusable: Please email us at sales@mothecary.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo, and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund - no fuss.

Refunds: Once we receive and review your return, we'll process your refund to your original payment method within a few business days. Depending on your bank, it can take a little longer to appear.

Not eligible for return: opened or used products, items marked final sale, and gift cards.
